Training in the great outdoors, come rain or shine!
The group meets on a Tuesday evening at 7pm and a Saturday morning at 9am in the car-park at Down Grange just by the running track. From there we use the track, the bench's, a few cones and the vast open space of the surrounding rugby and football pitches to create what can only be described as a 'Boot Camp' style training session.
All abilities are welcome as training is tailored to individual needs, requirements and goals.
A single session is £7 whilst if you pay for 5, 10 or 12 sessions in advance there is a discount.
