Not happy, booked a table for Friday 12th Feb at 20.15, when we arrived there was no booking listed, I rang from the telephone no. on the website so definately the correct place.

Disapointed that the only people to leave comments are those who had a bad experiance.
This is an excellent place and I eat here at least once every 2-3 months.
I have found the service and food excellent.
Yes i have had the odd poor evening but in general i would recommend this place every time.
5 stars +++

The location is a fantastic setting
Unfortunatlely the meal was expensive and hugely disappointing
With the amount of balloons and children it reminder me more like a Macdonald's

Absolutely dreadful, I have just felt compelled to write a 2 page complaint letter to Blubeckers I was that upset. Ruined fathers day, we had to wait over 75 mins between starters and main even though we had arrived at 12 as requested as another party had our table booked for 2pm. They had packed the restaurant to the rafters which had stretched the kitchen and the waiting staff to the brink. More concerned about getting people in to fill their coffers than actually considering service and food quality. Food was poor staff were poor it was in all a dreadful experience and ruined our day.
Totally disgusted with the whole experience, waitresses rushing round and arguing with each other and all of the other tables round us were also complaining.

visited resturant last night very disapointed, starters came very quickly but then waited 1 hour 10mins for mains though the food was lovely not really enough of it considering the price, i had sausage and mash it could have done with vedgeables. my daughter had the duck salad and again it was lovely but a few lettuce leaves with tiny pieces of duck is not what i call a salad. used to love this restaurant but this is the second time we have come away disapointed.

Would be useful if someone picked up the phone in the evenings - 40 minutes and no response! Hope the food does not take as long to come!

I had a wonderful meal here last Saturday.
the service was excellent, and the food was the best I have had anywhere for a long, long time!

I decieded this looked a nice place to take the Mother in Law out for her birthday and I wasnt disappointed.

After seeing your ad on here I choose to try your esablishment out.
I must say the surrounding were excellent as was the quality of the food. I really enjoyed it and will be coming back again

I visited your restaurant to for the second time and it was a total disaster.
I got an unripe melon for starter,but worse was to come the main course roast beef was pre cooked over done and warmed up with gravy.the veggies were cold and my coffee was waiting on the counter top for 5 min before I asked them was it mine .
when I eventualy got the bill the manager had to explain to the girl how to take a credit card (.not at the busiest time to learn the ropes surley
This was my 2nd visit ,when I went 4 weeks ago everything was very good so its not the food its the staff who could not care less
