Police appeal for witnesses after assault in Basingstoke PDF Print E-mail

Police in Basingstoke are appealing for witnesses after a boy was assaulted in Worting Road on Wednesday, March 5. At around 3.50pm the 15-year-old boy was head butted and kicked on the ground as he walked along the road. He suffered bruising to his head and slightly blurred vision. PC Richard Wright of Basingstoke police station, said: “This is an extremely rare occurrence and one we are taking seriously. “We would urge anyone who witnessed this incident or has any information about it to contact police as soon as possible.” Anyone with information about the incident should contact PC Wright at Basingstoke police station on 0845 045 45 45 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
