Residents in Old Basing encouraged to drive down heating costs

A scheme to help residents drive down heating costs and make homes more energy efficient is being trialled in Old Basing.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has teamed up with the Home Carbon Saver Scheme which will see surveyors visit homes in the borough to offer free energy saving advice - starting with Old Basing.

Residents of all ages are being given the chance to see their artwork go up in Beggarwood Park to be enjoyed by future generations as part of an event to get them involved in planning its future.

 

 
NATURE'S HARVEST EVENT - SEPTEBER

Following on from the successful Flower and Vegetable Show in July, the Walled Garden Event's Group would like to invite you to attend the Nature's Harvest Event (incorporating a Craft Fair).
