Police in Basingstoke are appealing for witnesses to a theft in Brighton Hill on Monday, August 20.
At 10.45am, the 29-year-old victim was walking through the underpass at Brighton Hill roundabout, opposite Pizza Express. Two boys on bikes cycled towards him and as they went past, they snatched the man’s carrier bag, which contained his wallet, cards, £150 cash and a New Deal ID card. The first boy is described as:
