| How do I add images or documents to my community listing |

It is quite easy to add images or documents to your community group listing. First ensure you have logged in. Once logged in you are able to see a complete list of listings you have entered. To the right of the listing title you have a choice of two items you can click on. View/Edit or Delete. Click on View/edit . You now see the details of the listing. At the top there are three choice for amendments that can be made. You can choose between Categories, images and documents. Click on either edit images or edit documents to add your images or documents to your listing. IMAGES Once you have clicked on the edit images you are taken to a new screen. There are three boxes. The first is the image title. This is required and needs to be entered. Then you can enter a description for the image. remember that this will explain the image to the public and what the image is about. They may not know what you do or what the image is about. The third box is the location of the image on your own PC. Click the browse button to find the image. Please ensure all images meet the following: DOCUMENTS Once you have clicked on the edit documents you are taken to a new screen. There are three boxes. The first is the document title. This is required and needs to be entered. Then you can enter a description for the document, remember that this will explain the document to the public. They may not know what you do or what the document is about and you want them to open it. The third box is the location of the document on your own PC. Click the browse button to find the document. We only support word documents, text documents and PDF documents. The maximum document size is 100KB. Please ensure your documents fulfil these requirements.
