Details: I have been a Labour Borough councillor for 15 years, thirteen of which I have represented Buckskin. In the time I have been a councillor for Buckskin I have seen the area develop into an improved and safer environment.
There are some changes that I helped implement, the building of the new Ridgeway Centre, the upgrading of the Buckskin shopping area and road improvements such as the pedestrian crossing and the thirty mph speed restrictions on Buckskin Lane.
There is still work to be achieved such as improving the Burnaby Close shops area and addressing the lack of youth provision in the Buckskin area.
I conduct monthly surgeries in Buckskin to enable people to meet and discuss issues and problems with me. Click onto the EVENTS tab for more information.
