Police appeal for witnesses after vehicles damaged in Basingstoke PDF Print E-mail

Police in Basingstoke are appealing for witnesses after a number of vehicles were damaged on Sunday, February 24. At around 1am two men damaged six company vehicles at Camberley Auto Factors in Worting Road causing more than £1,700 worth of damage. The two men are described as in their late teens and were wearing hooded tops. PC Dumisani Sikhosana, of Basingstoke police station, said: “This was a rare incident and one we are keen to track down those responsible. “We would urge anyone who was in the area at the time of this incident and saw anything suspicious to contact police as soon as possible.” Anyone with information about the incident should contact PC Sikhosana at Basingstoke police station on 0845 045 45 45 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
