High value power tools stolen in Basingstoke burglary
Police in Basingstoke are appealing for information after several high value power tools were stolen during a burglary at Keyline Builders Merchant.

The Rankine Road store was entered sometime between 5.30pm on Wednesday, August 8 and 6.15am on Thursday, August 9.

Items stolen included a Makita JR180DWDE 18v Recipro saw, a Makita 8280DWPE3 14.4v drill, a Makita SKR 300 self-levelling laser lever, 18v chargers with battery, a Hitachi DH 24DVA drill, a Hitachi 18v drill, a De Walk chop saw and a mineral multi-function tester.

PC Karen Andrew, from Basingstoke police station, said: “I would appeal for anyone with any information about the burglary to contact police.

“I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who is offered any of these items, or similar items, for sale.”
